Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms
By using Sojourn, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Sojourn is today
Sojourn lets you search hotels from stored prices and pin a price. There are no accounts yet. These terms change when sign-in ships. Sojourn is not a booking service or a travel agency. You book with the hotel or its program.
No guarantee of accuracy
Prices and availability come from pages we read earlier. They can be out of date or wrong. Loyalty-program rules also change without notice. Check the price and the terms with the hotel or its program before you book. Sojourn is not liable for any loss or fee that results from relying on information on this site.
Not financial advice
Prices and comparisons on this site help you compare options. They are not financial advice.
Affiliate links
Some guides may include affiliate links. Sojourn may earn a commission if you sign up through such a link, at no cost to you. We mark every affiliate link where it appears.
Changes to the service or these terms
Sojourn may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time. When these terms change, we update the "Last updated" date above. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
